When I tell you that I'm so grateful to have finally reached this point in my life… I'm declaring, and am teaching others to say “Never Again” to a lot of people, places and things that extract from your peace of mind and progress. Saying “Never Again” is hard especially when you love to love, but after a while you will learn that you have to protect what is precious… yourself and your time. Once you realize your true worth, those who you no longer allow to extract from all of your goodness may view you as selfish or self-centered. However, after getting to know yourself for who you truly are on the inside, the outside perceptions/projections that others may try to place on you will begin to  have no effect on you. Happy living to you all. Everyday will not feel like sunshine but keep in mind that the very things that help to sustain life, also need the rain in order to grow. Love you.

As a creator it's easy to be inspired by things great or small. I live in a city that is absolutely crazy about their football team. I respect them as well, so one day I woke up out of my sleep hearing a chant and guitar line with the lyrics “Go Bills” and the rest was history. Creating music for a cause or just for fun is always cool.
